As a Sales Assistant (m/f/d) for our Crew Shop (Headquarters & Allermöhe), you will work closely with your Sales Team to ensure excellent support for our employees and the relevant product categories.

Your key responsibilities will include:

• Serving as the main point of contact for administrative and organizational tasks
• Preparing distribution requests and creating and communicating brand presentations, merchandising guidelines, image catalogs, and POSM overviews in collaboration with the relevant departments
• Keeping the shops' advertising space plans up to date
• Managing the listing of components and products in SAP, maintaining disposition parameters, and uploading forecasts and additional quantities into the system
• Supporting the procurement and assortment planning of branded merchandise and regional product ranges, as well as preparing textile allocation plans for the seasonal assortment rollout

• Completed commercial training and initial professional experience in a similar role
• An open and outgoing personality, combined with a self-driven and organized way of working and a strong team spirit
• Strong customer service orientation and excellent communication skills, both within and outside the team
• Very good written and spoken German and English skills
• Confident handling of the MS Office Suite and SAP systems
